Seasol Dosage

I've been scanning through the forums looking for Seasol dosages. Below is what I have pulled together, can I get some wiser eyes to look over it for me?

amounts are undiluted concentrate

New system to be cycled
1 Cup then 1 cap per day until cycled

Cycled system
1/3 of a cup a month

Yes if your system is around 1,000 litre Fish tank.

ah yeah based on say 1000L, presumably it would bjust be a case fo matching any volume increase to match
