Desire to view setups in NSW please

I am going on a road trip in NSW to North west NSW to see relatives and was hoping to see any Aquaponics setups along the way that any person would be kind enough to show me.

Starting from Southern Sydney to Coonabarrabran, via Blue Mountains, Lithgow and Mudgee, then to Tamworth and then back to Sydney via the New England Highway next week and was hoping that I might be able to view any working Aquaponics setups or anything related that was along this route.

If anyone could inform me of anyones setups, any business's that specialise in Aquaponics, etc that wouldnt mind myself and my wife having a quick look at along this way next week, ( 18/01/09- 23/01/09 ), either private or commercial, We would indeed be indebted and most greatful.
