    Greetings from Florida

Hey all. I signed up for this forum about 9 months ago. Haven't posted anything. I am very much looking forward to starting my own aquaponics system. this site is a veritable wealth of info. I actually found out about aquaponics by accident. a year ago I had never even heard of it. Looking forward to getting the journal and going from their.

will do on the pics. Thanks for having me. I am looking to raise tilapia and from what I have read and seen from you kellenw you seem to be the goto person for that. I will be getting with you in the near future. is it difficult to ship them to Florida?

You'll probably need to go with Blues, as they don't require a permit to keep outside in Florida. For indoor use, you can keep whatever strain you prefer.

I actually intend on getting the aquaculture permit. I will be putting them in a greenhouse though. Does that count as indoors?

It usually does, as long as you do not discharge any water outside.
