It is easy to have a disagreement about a way something is done or that information presented is incorrect. While I am far from perfect and sometimes put out something that is antagonizing, I do try to keep it civilized. Some questions you might ask yourself before arguing on a post:
1. What is positive about the post.
2. What is negative about the post. Or what exactly is it that I disagree about.
3. How can I disagree about the point without antagonizing the poster (this can be really difficult at times).
Realize there are such things as internet trolls that love to stir up things for attention. What hurts them most is people just ignoring them and not giving them that attention.
I am sure there are more "rules" that could be added. I think it is safe to say, that if you approach a disagreement from the perspective of "how would I want someone to correct me I was wrong" there will be a lot less hard feelings and result in more meaningul conversations.
Cheers and good luck to all.
