uhm.. i think MAdodel, from MADE aquaponics have some for sale....
Where in las pinas / cavite are yo ufrom ? .. we have a house in cavite, and will soon move our system out there , set up an IBC, and redo our system totally

I'm based in Las Pinas as well. We should link up sometime.
As for the tilapia fingerlings, I go up to Pangasinan twice a month to tend to my ponds and I can bring down some for you. My next trip up will be on the week of the 18th. I don't sell them, but will take beer as payment.
