Hi,
I just happened across a post on another forum drawing attention to a commercial aquaponics set up in Florida.
The operator, Richard Vollebregt, has a series of YouTube videos on a various aspects of his operation. Those that caught my immediate attention included his innovative rotating 'strawberry' towers and the whole retracting greenhouse idea.
There's a heap of inspiration for aspiring commercial operators to be had from lurking here.
