    Duck Potato

    Here is an interesting aquatic plant that produces potato like edible tubers.

    Can be planted around ponds. Has anyone seen this in Australia?

    There is a place in Sydney that sells the Plant ( $6.50 ) WATERGARDEN PARADISE

    Tried phoning them to see if they still have stocks but phones been engaged. Also for other Eatible plants look at

    That is very interesting. Let us know if you finally get through to them - I think this would be a good edition to your huge pond.
