Tank size - amount of fish - number of grow beds

Hi everyone.

Just in the first stage of planning what equipment I would like to get to set up my own aquaponic system.
I know I have come across the answer to this question I am about to ask, but at the moment, I can't find it, so thought that I would be a bit lazy and let others find the answer for me.
I am after a formula ( ? ) that lets me work out what size tank I can have, as to how many fish it can contain, as to how many growbeds are needed.
