Thread: Demand Fish Feeder.

    Demand Fish Feeder.

See this link for a design for a demand feeder I found. Can work for both floating and sinking pellets. Fish learn to knock the bar when they want 2 feed. I would imagine that this maximizes fish growth without food waste.
I would be interested if anyone has tried this.

It would be worth a try I reckon. Looks like it should work.
Who is going to give it a go and be the team experimenter. ????

    Re: Demand Fish Feeder.

    Hi Matt,

As someone who keeps Jade perch, my concern would be that they would be helping themselves to too much food......they are absolute gluttons and will overeat if given the opportunity.

It might be a good proposition for fish with more modest appetites.
