When to order fish from a hatcery?

Hi all,

I'm just wondering how long before I'll want my fish, should I order them from a hatchery such as the SEQ one?

If a specific type of fish is needed, lets say Silver Perch. And lets say at this time of year (late feb).

Silver and Jade Perch are avbl now from here
Ausyfish are really good to deal with. Just ring and order, pay over the phone with credit card and the fish arrive by courier a couple of days later.
Bruce from Ausyfish told me the other day he now has Golden Perch avbl that are already weaned onto pelletts.
I would love some , but do not know where I would put them......I am working on it...
