    Yep, there is no comparison between the keg and bottles. Just wait until it has been in the keg for 1 - 2 weeks.

    "It'll take up a lot less space in the garage then?"
    "Yep. A lot less."
    "What will you do with all the spare space?"
    "Haven't planned anything for it yet."
    "Can I use it - the spare space I mean?"
    "Ahh..... O.K."
    "Alright. You can buy the keg stuff.... but don't put it in my space."

    I,ll just set it up in the kitchen fridge!
    1 Wife, 1 Rooster, 8 Chooks, 3 Quail, 2 small Aquaponic systems, 56 Goldfish.....

    Very good point that. I have 1 50L and 1 18L keg. Once the 50 is out it gives me time to get the next brew going. Also lets the second keg mature nicely.

    I to make my own Beer. I prefer dark beers or lagers.
    I gave up washing bottles years ago and went to a keg system, best thing i did.
    Here is a pic of my temprite system that i take up the beach when im camping. Nothing better than beer on tap up the beach.
