Aquaponics Convention, Brisbane 2010

According to what I've read on another forum, it seems that the conference proposed for February may have been scrapped.

I just sent an email inquiry. I will post the reply if it is cancelled. I agree with Fish Food about the price, it seems a bit high, but not any more than the other aquaponics learning seminars offered (i.e. Friendly Aquaponics in Hawaii $1500, or Nelson Pade in MN, USA $895). However, it seems strange that few people on this board haven't heard much about it. I am hesitant now to attend due to the lack of positive feedback about the convention. I will be traveling from the USA to attend, so if it is not reputable, I would be a fool to try and make the trip out.

Where was the Eco Show held? Is it a regualar event?

I notice from your profile that you're interested in quail. We have a comprehensive quail thread on this forum........and anything that you can contribute around quail would be welcome.

It was called the Future Ready Expo. A one off event.
Yes I am an avid quail man and enjoy all aspects of raising and eating them. Have enjoyed reading the quail posts on this forum.

For anyone that was interested in attending, it was canceled. I recieved an email saying it would be rescheduled to next year around the same time.
