    Smile Is this Black Soldier Fly?

    Hi all,

    I caught a Fly from my garden minutes ago and I wonder if it is a Black Soldier Fly, can anyone please give me some comments?

    I took this picture in Malaysia, so I suppose there are some BSF in Malaysia too, am I right?

    Hi,

    That's a soldier fly. They are native to the warmer regions of the US so I'd be surprised if they didn't grow in Malaysia.
