    The place I am going to get my tilapia from is combined with alligators. The only aligator farm in Colorado. They have geothermal water and have raised tilapia for years. Some while back they decided the gators would be good for disposing of the fish carcasses.

    Their business now includes tourism. They might make more from the tourists than the acual farming. People will pay alot to wrestle a gator in the Rocky Mountains lol.

    Our equivalent of your alligator is the crocodile......and (fortunately) not many people will be willing (or silly enough) to wrestle a crocodile regardless of how much you paid them.
