Lightbulb hi from south east Queensland

    Hi Everyone,

I was fortunate enough to be given this address to this forum on treehugger.
I have never done anything like this but am totally amazed at everything I have read. I am hoping to learn how to go about Aquaponics and convince my family that this will be very beneficial.
My son who is 15 is very keen on fish and well, basically anything to do with nature, but he is not sure that we will be able to do this.
I use the name gizzigoo in most forums, but my name is actually Glenda

So I am all ears, or in this case eyes.

    big hug all (((()))

    Welcome Gizzigoo,
I am sure you will enjoy your Aquaponic journey.
Start a thread for yourself down in the main forum and start asking...whatever questions you may have. The FAQ area is packed with info, it is a good idea to give that a good going over as soon as you can. A lot of your early questions will be answered there.

    Murray,

Glenda is keen to see a setup (I am moppit from tree hugger BTW). I said you may be keen to show her around. Hope this is alright.

p.s. thanks for the prompt delivery of the pump. I am planning on setting it up this weekend

I just figured out the treehugger connection, duh!
I think I have been so immersed info that the brain is not functioning properly.
I know that this will all happen though, so I am pretty enthused, wish I could learn quicker.
I can't wait to see Murrays set up and get moving, but I have wait a couple of weeks as I am committed to other things. But that is probably a good thing as it gives me time to absorb some of the info, so I will have all my questions ready.
