Four ponds: one .62 acres; and three 1/10 acre each. The ponds probably total 1 million 300,000 gallons. I have a well at the highest point of the property I can gravity feed up to 45 gpm to any pond on the property.

One RAS in my walk in basement about 350 gallons soon to be at least 450 gallons if I get the rubbermaid tank I want and move the RBC into it. I hope to start some grow beds this spring.

No fish yet in the RAS as I'm just getting the cycle going. The fish are in a cage under the ice! I hope to cut ice and net the poor devils out once the cycle stabilizes and ammonia and nitrites drop to zero.

    Hobart Tasmania

A 4500 litre rainwater tank was converted to hold around 3000 litres and is about to be stocked with 60 rainbow trout.

It is connected to 3 x 550 litre growbeds. 2 are connected in a glass house whilst the 3rd is situated outside.

My system build is located at http://www.backyardaquaponics.com/fo...st=0&sk=t&sd=a

    Hi Tony,

(hope its ok to post another forum here.. )
It's much safer to do that here than to post a similar link to this site on that forum.

I invite you to create your own thread (if you haven't already done so).
