Caged Tanks

Im new to this website and this is my first post.
As i was browsing through the forums i heard some people talking about the caged tanks, and they were worried about them being affected by the sun. Hi are they brand new or used and if used what have they been used for in the first place

They have been used to import things like sunflower oil, body building powder, cherries and other non toxic materials. They are washed out more than once.
