You can get them from John at Glenwaters. His number is 0428 580 633. It is too late in the season, they are essentially a warm water fish. Get trout and leave the silvers until late September. Unless you are heating the water (expensive) over winter, they won't eat much. That means you won't get much growth in an aquaponics system.
I have kept silvers for several years but will be getting some trout shortly. Let me know if you would like me to organise some for you as well.

Thanks Darren,
I am new to native's as in the past i mainly bred tropical fish.
Trouts are active and at what ph and temp is best for them?

pH between 6.5 and mid 7s is fine. Water temps, best under 20C. Grow and eat well between 10C and 20C, ideal for our part of the world for most of the year. pH is always a bit of a compromise in aquaponics between what the plants want ideally and what the fish prefer. Neutral tending to slightly acidic is where we generally sit.

Trout have a slightly higher water quality imperative than silvers, but having kept tropicals in the past you should be fine. Plenty of air in their system water will forgive a lot of faults.
