Hi,

Consistent with our stated purpose of enabling members to find useful information in a timely fashion, we will periodically remove irrelevant posts.

All forums accumulate irrelevant comments (and some are absolutely full of inane banter) and we believe periodic pruning will assist us to keep Aquaponics HQ in the best possible shape.

Over time, as the forum grows, some threads will become buried or duplicated. We may merge some threads and precis others so that the best information is always most accessible.

What do you think?

Hi Gary,
I wholeheartedly agree that some forums become bogged down with stuff of limited relevance. Nice chatter at the time but not very useful in the longer term. Makes it much harder to find relevant real info. Go for it!

Hi Gary,
Chop it! It's not fun scrolling through useless chatter. Yes it's great at the time, but is irrelevent later. Go for it.

Yep, that sounds like a clever idea. (I can say this here, because I know that it will be deleted some time in the future :)

Thats a great idea, congestion causes delay and it makes it a lot easier to find what you want/need if it (the congestion) is chopped regularly. Great site, by the way, we are enjoying it greatly, getting good ideas and great feedback to questions and queries.:)
