Although imported garlic is treated with chemical and has it roots cut off to prevent it from growing. It can still be grown very simply using the following steps.
. Soak the bottom of clove of garlic for two days.
. Plant the whole clove in the garden do not separate the segments.
. Wait for the shoots and roots to establish
. Once good growth is established break up the cloves and plant as separate plants.
