I Need Help (We Know)

I need to get some fish to assist with Mussel Breeding, you can Read Here (http://www.marietta.edu/~biol/mussels/reprod.html) to see why, the problem being I need fish that wont eat my Juvenile Marron, I was thinking of some minnows from the local creek, any other idea's?
Marron wont be a good host for the breeding process, but not to concerned about marron eating fish, if fish are smart enough they will keep away, fish don't need to be edible, the edible fish are coming in project 2

Well may have found the answer, an eastern state small fish Pacific Blue Eyes (pseudomugil signifer) are good for eating mosquito larvae, 70c each so will give them a go and post if they work

That is all really interesting - do you have the Mussels yet? I hear fresh water musseld are not good eating - is that the case? How are the marron going?
