What a wait but finally nearly there,The system will have water next week at last. I am using an IBC tank i have cut the top off and braced it Bush style (photos to follow) leaving the tank about 700 litres, I then turned top over and used as No1 grow bed. So far it looks ok but will reserve judgment till it works. Also setting up an old cast iron bath as grow bed No2 which was surplus but will not start using that one yet but will set it up ready to go. I will be filling from an old house tank so no problems with chlorine. I am getting in touch with a farmer locally who has SP and am going to see if i can get some from him but he is a hard man to pin down, he also has yabbies and lots of other fish so a good man to know.
Well Well as i was writing this he rang and has got sp's so will call in when he is next in town. I probably won't have fish for about a month so will start cycling as soon as i can to get ready for them they are about, qoute "beer can size" to slightly bigger all good so far. :)
