Matching plant nutrient requirements with fish waste output

I'm doing a design project on aquaponics systems and want to be able to match the nutrient requirements for okra and basil with the amount of waste the fish produce.

I'm having a hard time finding what the nutrient requirements are for okra.

Can someone help me out? Point me in the right direction for some reference material.
