I'm happy to say that I have procured an 800 litre IBC to hack into our first decent sized aquaponics set up. Nothing too exciting there, the main point of interest with our system will be the fact that it's wirelessly connected to the internet. This allows me to have full control of the pumps and aeration; and to monitor water quality, from anywhere in the world via the Internet. The only hurdle I have is to find a reasonable priced PH sensor to integrate into the system. If I can't find one I'll just have to settle for temperature and water flow monitoring. Anyways I'll be posting details of the build on www.goanna.com as we go along.
Cheers,
Scozza.
