Dallas Texas! where do i find totes or barrels for rain water?

My first recommendation would be to check craigslist, that's where I've always found barrels and IBCs, etc.

Craigslist is a good place to start.

Also, try any pet food mills or food processors in the area.

Craigslist is a good spot to find cheap barrels. I use 4- 32 gallon brute trash cans to catch rain water. They work really well. Here's a video showing how I set them up.
